Happy Anniversary and Birthday Bart!

BEFORE:
This is after they tore out the laminate and the nasty linoleum was still needing to be torn out...

The flood under the Dishwasher... "Thanks Alpine!"

The old floor, which really wasn't looking that awesome anyway...

AFTER:
Bart made the old counter an Island and installed wheels so we can roll it. He also drilled into the cement so that I could have an outlet coming from the floor for easy access to the island. It was lots of hard work! You can see a close up of the tile here too...

Our new countertops... The old ones were not very pretty! Bart installed a new stainless sink, dishwasher, stove, tiled the floor, re-did most of the trim, made a new island from our old counter...etc.

This was where the fridge used to be and Bart has already made shelves in here for a pantry. We just are waiting to find the right doors...

The island and counter top...

Here is the new Stove... I love it. SOO glad to not have to worry about me or my kids getting blown up, if I want to bake anything!

I can't tell you how much better the tile looks. It is beautiful... what can I say? Many long hours were put into this floor:

Last week we celebrated our 5th Anniversary, and both of our Birthdays... I decided that I would post all of the remodeling done on our Kitchen as a tribute to what a wonderful man I married. Bart did an amazing job on fixing everything up. I am so impressed with how hard and fast he worked so that we could get back to normal as soon as possible. My husband is so talented and really can fix anything. He is very detailed and precise and always makes things look good. He can organize things 100 times better than me, and he is so determined and never quits. I am very proud of him. I know he is a great leader and father and I am happy we get to be together. I love you, Bart!

Lagoon Day!

The following are pics from our day at Lagoon... totally in random order, sorry. My Mom and Dad were nice enough to come and help out with the kids so the Bart and I could have some fun together. It was so hot and we all almost melted, but we had a lot of fun!

Kalia, Caleb, and Bart in the tunnel on the Train...
Max wanting to be freeee.... and Papa being ever so patient!
Bart riding with Max, and Caleb with me... This ride made us sick. I still can't believe that Bart took Max on it. He actually did well!

Bart sneaking pictures in the Spook Alley Ride... I think I really was scared!

Waiting in the lines, finding things to do....

Loving the Ferris Wheel... Cubby just chillin'. He wasn't afraid at all.

My niece, Kalia, didn't love it so much... seeing as how she wouldn't even open her eyes!

Bart trying to cool off the boys on a super HOT day! They didn't like it too much.

Max enjoying the wonderment of the Choo-Choo train...

Boys taking some rides...

Grandma and Grandpa even got on some rides! Caleb and Mom are pulling the same face...HA!

Max poses for the camera everytime I get it out. His faces are totally great!

More of What We've Been Doing...

Enjoying my sweet and very active boys...
We have been playing a lot with cousins... I babysit a couple of my nieces during the week.
Soaking up the sun and splashing in the water....

Visiting the FIRE STATION...

Max is learning to pose for the camera.... (what a personality!!!)

We went Camping with friends from Bart's work. Caleb and Max got to help break the Pinata, and ride on four wheelers...

We went to my Sister, Keri's wedding and had a fun family reunion! This is a picture of all of my siblings (minus my oldest brother), me, and my parents...
